At Caselelo, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:

You received a wrong product

The item arrived damaged or defective

The product is missing from your order

The item received is significantly different from what was ordered
To be eligible, requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and package.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, customized, clearance, or used products, returns may not be accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Returns may not be accepted if:

Product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Original packaging is missing

Request is made after the allowed claim period without valid reason

Return Process
Once approved:

We may arrange reverse pickup where service is available, or

Ask you to self-ship the item to our return address
If self-shipping is approved due to courier limitations, reasonable shipping reimbursement may be provided at our discretion.
Refund Process
After the returned item is received and inspected:

Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund via bank transfer / UPI within 5–7 business days after approved bank details are shared
Replacement Option
Where available, we may offer a replacement instead of refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Cash on Delivery Orders
Repeated fake/refused COD orders may lead to future COD restrictions.
